PLAIA was born far from an office and very close to the sea.

It came from a conversation between two friends with very similar life stories and a shared dream: to create a swim shorts brand for men and boys that truly felt good to wear.

It wasn't just about making another pair of swim shorts. We wanted a garment made to enjoy the whole day, from the water to whatever plan came next. Comfortable, well made, with design and with the quality we would demand ourselves. And so, through ideas, trials and many brave decisions, two friends decided to take the leap and bet everything on PLAIA.

A brand made for real moments, for sharing with family and for living summer the way it should be lived: simply, with style and with intention.
